Bottled Water
Shenandoah Water is a refreshing and healthy beverage choice that can be delivered right to your home or office. In addition to our own Shenandoah Spring, Distilled and Drinking water, we also distribute the national brand Mountain Valley Spring Water bottled in Hot Springs, Arkansas. The regional brand Deer Park, bottled in Breiningsville, PA, is also available.

 

Dispensers
We offer a variety of convenient, attractive water coolers for the home and office. You can choose from a room temperature dispenser or a crock, cook and cold units, or hot and cold coolers.

 

 

Filtration (Bottle-less)

A unique multi-stage filtration system provides simple water treatment at the point-of-use. These units are available in cook and cold or hold and cold. These coolers require an electrical outlet and are plumbed in to your water line.

 

 

 

Office Coffee Service
We want to make it easy to consolidate your office refreshment needs. We offer a variety of coffee makers, as well as hot chocolate, tea, soups and other items. One delivery for your water and office coffee needs means minimum disruption to your office.

Two Burner Brewer
We offer a variety of brewers to meet your office needs. If you do not have a water source, we can provide a bottle-brewer.

Office Coffee – Keurig
For a quick, convenient, great cup of coffee, we offer the Keurig Single Cup brewing system. Select your favorite coffee, place the kcup in the basket, and brew. It’s that simple.

 

 

 

 

Delivery and Service

Service Area In order to better service our customers, we have 3 distribution centers.  The Winchester warehouse services parts of Maryland, West Virginia and Northern Virginia from Chantilly down to Edinburg.  The Staunton warehouse services the central Shenandoah Valley, including Charlottesville, Orange, Palmyra and Madison Heights.  The Roanoke warehouse services from Buchanan down to Pulaski, and over to Amherst and down to Danville.

Our typical route delivery cycle is every 4 weeks – 13 deliveries per year. If your business would like a more frequent deliveries due to higher volume, we can schedule more often.  If your home is in a very remote location, or if you have the capacity to store more water, we can deliver every 8 weeks.  We will try to accommodate your needs as much as practical, while providing exceptional service at the same time.

You will receive a printed yearly delivery schedule that we suggest you tape to your water dispensing unit. Our calendar rolls with each holiday, so the day of the week will change after each major holiday.  If you have your delivery ticket, you can print your route schedule for 2011.

· If you are running low on bottled water and will not have enough to last until your scheduled route day, please let us know as soon as possible so that we can arrange an extra delivery.  Please allow a few business days to schedule this additional service.

· Occasionally a water cooler malfunctions or you might choose to upgrade your equipment. If you rent your equipment from us, we will exchange the unit at no additional charge.

· We generate statements at the beginning of each month for your prior months delivery. You may mail your payment to our office, or may chose an electronic billing and payment option. Once you receive your first paper statement, you can elect to enroll in electric billing (email or fax), and you can chose to make a repetitive or one-time payment on-line. You will need the Web Enrollment Token from the upper right corner of your statement to enter this secure portal.

· Our customer service office is open from 8:30 a.m. until 5 p.m. Monday – Friday. Each person in the office is responsible for coordinating service in a particular region of our service area. All delivery, service and billing concerns are handled by a real person familiar with your account and location.
